Are the eyewear products on Shop S.R. Gopal Rao authentic?

Yes. Every frame, sunglass, and accessory is 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorised brand partners and official distributors. We are the authorised dealers for all brands listed on our websites.

Is the online collection the same as in your showrooms?

Not exactly. Our online shop features a curated selection. Showrooms often carry a wider range, including ultra-limited and exclusive collections.

Ordering, Payment & Delivery

How do I place an order for eyewear online?

Simply add your chosen products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information once dispatched.

Which payment options are available online?

We accept major debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across India usually takes 2–5 working days and it is free of charge to the buyer. Pre-orders or made-to-order pieces may take longer; timelines can be checked with us via WhatsApp or Email before the order is booked.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to international destinations and all across India.

Prescriptions & Custom Lenses

Can I order prescription lenses online?

Prescription lenses usually require an in-person fitting and verification of your eye test results. You can purchase frames online and bring them to our showrooms to add prescription lenses or share your prescription with us via WhatsApp and we will advice you accordingly. 

How do I share my prescription with you?

For custom lens work, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or visit one of our showrooms for a fitting.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We accept returns for exchanges of unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders and prescription lenses are not eligible for return. Please review product-specific terms at checkout.

Do frames and sunglasses come with a warranty?

Yes. All our products carry official brand manufacturer warranties, ideally within 1 year from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. This does not apply to our out of warranty collection, which is available for purchase at special prices for this reason. Please keep your proof of purchase and refer to the warranty card for coverage details.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

Contact us via Call or WhatsApp immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or return as per policy, if applicable.

How do I know which frame size to choose online?

Each product page lists measurements (eye size, bridge, temple length). Use a pair you already own as reference, or check our Style & Size Guide for help.

Can I try on frames before purchasing?

Try-ons are available in our showrooms. Online shoppers can visit in person to confirm fit before adding prescription lenses.
